According to Opinion of Encouragement and Support to Enterprise Group and Large and medium-sized Enterprise to Establish Technology Center Shanghai and Enforcement Rules of Enterprise Technology Center Assessment Shanghai printed and distributed by Shanghai Science Committee, Shanghai Finance Bureau and Shanghai Taxation Bureau, SBTS underwent preliminary document audit, expert review, on-site survey and comprehensive assessment, and was recognized as Shanghai Enterprise Technology Center in November, 2009.

SBTS was honored as " Shanghai Model Enterprise with Patent Work "

SBTS is entitled Shanghai Patent Work Cultivation Enterprise by Shanghai Intellectual Property Bureau, which is recognition for SBTS R&D capability. To implement the National Intellectual Property Right Strategy Outline released by the State Council and Shanghai Intellectual Property Right Strategy Outline issued by Shanghai Municipal Government, and help the enterprises in Shanghai utilize patent system and promote their innovation capability and competitiveness in the market, Shanghai Intellectual Property Right Bureau organize the cultivation enterprise application and audit work in the entire city. SBTS stands out after rounds of screening and assessment and becomes Shanghai Patent Work Cultivation Enterprise 2009, which shall entitle SBTS to work guidance and policy support from the government.
